Laurie Pierce

Laurie brings years of experience in youth and family engagement, previously serving as Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministry at St. Paul’s Episcopal Churches in Indianapolis and Wilmington. With a background in Religion, Philosophy, and Youth Ministry, and two years in the Peace Corps China, she’s passionate about helping children and families connect with their spiritual and emotional growth. Laurie believes in creating inclusive spaces where kids build resilience, empathy, and a sense of purpose—values that align perfectly with Crouching Tigers’ mission of inspiring confidence and character through play and learning.
